"This was good value for money. There were a couple of things that need attention. The pipework made a loud noise when the water was turned on and the garden gate was broken so our dog escaped. The communication was very good with the host and it was very clean and tidy"

"Pros: - Very Clean - Spacious Flat - Very Smart Kitchen - Comfortable Bedding - Very Modern Bathroom - Close to the town and Sea - provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better Cons: - This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around - If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door. "

My family loved staying at the accomodation and enjoyed that we had some privacy and we also had some nice neighbours to socialise with. The thing that sets this apart from other holidays we've had in similar locatikns is the private and very clean bathroom. "

"Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. The accommodation is so quaint, lots of lovely blues and Cornish ware China, everything you need to make a cup of tea and coffee and toast and the hosts very kindly left us a cream tea to enjoy when we arrived. "A lovely, neat little house. Perfect for my work travels. I stayed 4 nights and it was nice and quiet. Had everything I needed (including an air fryer!) Full sized fridge freezer. Could do with an additional small frying pan but the large one worked well enough. Comfortable bed. This would be great for a solo traveller or a couple."

"The hotel location is excellent for the beach and only 15 minute walk from the town. Onsite parking was good and the outside area was great for watching out to sea! As with any older hotel, its age is showing and the general fabric of the building good do with some updating. But the staff make up for it! Breakfast had a good range of buffet items and the hot menu extensive."

"What an utterly awesome stay! I stay in a lot of hotels, if you're looking for something exceptional in the St Austell area, you must consider Kingswood. Almost brand new and perfectly designed, furnished and thought out. The staff were 10/10 - so helpful and friendly. The rooms are 10/10 - spacious, spotless and furnished to a very high standard. The food was next level 10/10 - the scallops were the best I've ever had and the short rib beef was incredible. There's even lots of parking and the bays are wide, helpful if you have a larger car like mine. Book with 100% confidence. We will be back!"

"The hotel has the most amazing view. It sits high above the sea so when you want to go to town there are quite a few steps to go down but the parking is on the same level as the reception. You must book parking ahead. My only complaint is there is no air conditioning so the lounge and restaurant gets warm on hot days. Our room was downstairs so was quite cool and there is a fan you can use which we did. Overall we had a wonderful time at the hotel and in Fowey."
