"The hotel was great , but there are a few things worth knowing before you book. If you want air conditioning, you must book a Deluxe Room, as the standard rooms don’t have it. Also, if you want to use the fancy swimming pool and jacuzzi you’ll need to pay for access to the spa facilities.
I couldn’t arrange my arrival to coincide with the 3 pm check-in, so I arrived early and asked if an early check-in was possible. I was simply told “3 pm”. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has allowed an early check-in when the room was available, overall very good"
