"I have used this hotel every year for several years and never had a problem until this year. The room was clean but the bathtub didn't drain. One of the front desk staff quit so there was no one to fix the problem. The hotel lost the booking for the group I was with because it is under new management and new ownership. The lobby and pool are excellent, the breakfast is also amazing. They tried charging for the omelet bar this year but then changed their minds. Just beware if you book here as they are going through changes. Otherwise, great hotel. "

"This is truly a superb property. Staff is extremely friendly, beautifully appointed rooms, great bar and restaurant. Location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown. If you are in Colorado Springs, this hotel is a must stay! "

"I'm very disappointed in this property's customer service. I had been up for days because my husband had emergency cardiac surgery at the UCH Memorial Hospital. I had booked a room at Quality Inn. Then when I got to the property (QT South) they said they did not have a reservation so I figured with my fatigue I didn't finalize the reservation. Once I got to my room I realized that I had booked the QT Garden of the Gods. (Yes my mistake during extreme fatigue) I called Hotels.com and they would not cancel my room but called the QT GOG and spoke with a woman and she refused to recognize the mistake and cancel my reservation. I then called her and she said that hotels.com had to cancel it. So I reached back out to hotels.com and the next agent did the same. Reached out to QT GOG to advocate on my behalf. She still would not cancel the reservation. It's absolutely absurd that I stayed in a QT just a few miles away in the same exact city and QT could not give me the courtesy of cancelling my reservation. I won't be staying there anymore. Customer Service is a very important part of business and gaining loyal customers. Shame on Quality Inn and Hotels.com for not being able to accommodate an obvious mistake."

"The staff was nice. My room was clean. Bed was made up, but the sheet had crusty strain on them. I didnt complain I travel with my own away.Im not sure if they still offer complimentary water or not But it would have been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast and cocktail hour was great. Im hilton rewards member .I love there facilities. This one was beening renovated Im sure its going to be beautiful when its done. I would stay at this hotel again."
