We had a comfortable room and bed at an affordable price. There is an elevator, which is handy for 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. The breakfast was the usual fare that I would expect- waffles, biscuits, cereal, etc.

This was the best stay of our east coast to west coast, down the coast and know crossing the lower states back east! We have been on the road for 3 weeks. What a nice area Pueblo was! I wish we could have stayed longer to visit! Of we come back this way this place is marked a favorite in our travel destination!!! Thank you for taking care of the details to making it such a nice place to stay ☺️

It was a good place to stay. I like the Baymont in Colorado Sorings a little better. Pool was nice but small with a 9 person capacity but only my GF and I used it. Hot tub was great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Front desk lady was super kind to my kiddos! Room was clean for the most part, small spots on bed runner. Bed was comfortable. Could have more options for breakfast, but something is better than nothing! Overall, great stay! Thank you!!!!

Peter, the person who checked us in was very accommodating. The main problem we had was- we were there for almost a week.We didn't want housekeeping to clean our room. We had to leave a message at the desk as someone took our "do not disturb" sign. Housekeeping cleaned our room anyway. When we got back, some of our drinks were salty tasting and some things had been rearranged. Also hotel is non smoking, we often smelled cigarette or marijuana smoke.

A little old and run down and bit. Customer service was good. Was warned immediately on check in by another guest they had thier car broken in to and thier golf clubs stolen. Sign on the front desk refused service to locals. I can only assume its because of the homeless problem in that part of town. Nearby grocery store didn't cary phone cords, they said because they get stolen frequently. Breakfast was fine. The staff do the best they can with the product the have. It would be on my last choice list to stay again
