"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune system. My toilet was running as well which I could hear all night. Over priced for what you get. "

"Not the cleanest. Checkin was rather rude. A/C kind of works, but not great. Not the best for pets. You can only bring them through the main lobby. The entire hotel is in definite need of a remodel. "

Beach renovation was 24 hrs if noise and backup warning sounds on the heavy equipment The room’s floors were never washed or vacuumed for the 8 days we were there and haseboards etc were filthy. I even cleaned the toilet while the housekeeper’s long hair was left in the shower Food from Cafe Blue was less than average In general, the resort did not meet expectations of previous Hilton stays.
