"This hotel was fantastic. It is right in Times Square but the rooms are above the 15th floor so it was not loud and felt calm. The room was comfortable and welcoming. There was enough space for me and my three teenagers but it was a little tight. The lobby space and the amenities (luggage storage, many sitting spaces, gym) were great. The front desk staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient. It felt safe, even though it is a very busy and touristy neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again."
