"We visited The Betsy for my 40th birthday with my wife and 6 year old son. We had a fantastic time, the place was great and the staff was amazing, great service from Rene and Joanny that made sure we were very well taken care of in the restaurant and Juan the bellboy that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Chris was also great in compensating a small delay with out room while checking in. Overall the staff is amazing and would highly recommend anyone staying at The Betsy."

"What a nice treat to be staying at this property. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe is relaxed and you do not feel that you are in an over crowded big chain hotel. It’s a nice revamped 80’s luxury hotel. Only complaint is that I thought the bellman service could be a lot better. When we arrived we had to fetch 3 suitcases up the stairs and into the lobby and the same thing on the way out. Definitely would benefit from some assistance next time! Shout out to the nice restaurant staff that allowed us to use their plates and cutlery when we ordered some Uber Eats to the room! We will definitely be staying here again!!"

"I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The room with kitschy and clean. The pool area was fabulous. Although this is a very busy area in South Beach I didn't hear any of the noise and bustle from my room. Parking is a bit confusing for a person coming for the first time, but after finding it, it's all good from there! Can't wait to go back."
