"The property was nice and on a quiet street. It was very clean, modern rooms. Very spacious and alot of closet space. Nice open balcony. I thought the space and quiet street made it unique to other places we’ve stayed at in Tetouan and around Morocco. The breakfast had minimal options, but it was included in the price. The price of the hotel for what you get is great. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking. It’s in this gated area, and you get blocked in or you’re blocking someone...

"Overall around the hotel was nice and it was by the beach which is what we were looking for. We didn’t like the bedroom because the beds were uncomfortable & too small for us. There is no proper ventilation, too humid and just feels crammed in the bedroom. It’s an outdated hotel that should work on improving their rooms. Also we shared with staff that the glass sliding door was broken to which they replied they will send someone to fix it but no one ever showed up. Felt very unsafe knowing that...

The stuff at the restaurants are very welcoming & friendly yet not very professional i can say they need enhancing training & experience to be Banyan tree signature standard....
