These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "It's a lovely spacious apartment. Most facilities are provided. The bed was very firm and quite wide for two people. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Overall, an excellent stay for a few nights. The only negative is that the curtains are see through and you lose some privacy but we were up on the third floor. "

"Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Unlike neighboring hotels like Kenzo (hated my experience there) Barcelo staff is professional and courteous. They make you feel welcomed unlike the Kenzo hotel. They have dining options. Rooms have balconies for views of the beach. The pool is nice and quiet. It's expensive overall but it's worth it. "
