"Excellent location to the Bus Station & City Centre. Although we were late due to our flight, our host Diana, waited up for us & showed us to our room. Room was a good size & had everything we needed for the one night stop over. Beds were comfy & bathroom was good. Balcony overlooked a large court with surrounding buildings a good distance away, which did not affect our sleep."

The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

The hotel is right by the sea and close to the centre, very walkable. We could also park our car in a secured parking for just 10 eur a day. Would definitely come back here if we ever go back to Chania!"

Sometimes friendly sometimes not attentive. We didn’t understand why they asked us our room number. It only confused us because we thought they wanted to charge the room. But that wasn’t the case which was fine because we wanted to pay cash. Just didn’t understand why they needed that."
