Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen direkt in der Anlage vorhanden. Early Checkin und Late Checkout waren gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis möglich. "This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue"

"It’s a beautiful place well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. They had electricity issues the power was tripping on and off at night as a result our food was cold including our coffees. The tripping happening throughout the night including in the morning the following day. They did not have alternative power."

"I made plans to arrive a day early for my scheduled safari tour which was gathering to begin our journey at this hotel. I reserved an extra night and was very happy with the hotel facilities. I needed to eat dinner late that first night due to flight delays, and the hotel restaurant stayed open until 10. They were very gracious about me showing up nearly at closing time. I was able to order and eat while they cleaned up. I grabbed a glass of wine at the bar which was also due to close at 10- and took it to my room to unpack. The hotel facilitated a tour of Soweto for me the next day. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, which was slightly difficult to arrange, but I was met at the airport with someone holding a sign with my name. He carried my bag to the car and drove me to the door and helped me in. The hotel is not located in Pretoria proper, but they accommodated guests who wanted to arrange tours. Nice room. Excellent, helpful staff."
