"I enjoyed my stay. This is the second time I stayed at the hotel within the last 3 months. I ordered room service twice and each meal was delicious. I had a one bedroom suite with balcony. Very comfortable. Would stay again."

"Food was cold many times and thry don't refill once it is finished. My brothers were charged for drinks they never drink and this was mentioned the day when they were checking out. Other rooms have a safe box to look valuables but others don't have. "

Housekeeping is extremely poor, no dental kits, an almost finished toilet roll , toilet was not working properly on the flush, safe was locked when I reached room, lights were not working even with card inserted. Only positive is the hospitality of Thandi at the front desk "
