The views of the rolling Tuscan hills from the Olivo Restaurant and the spa pools are absolutely unparalleled – it’s a scene straight out of a dream. I had the privilege of proposing to my girlfriend here, and it was truly magical. The setting was perfect, and the staff made it even more special. Benjamin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. We indulged in a wine tasting, which was an incredible experience. The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. Every glass was a testament to the quality and care they put into their production. Dinner at the property was equally impressive. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the spa’s serene atmosphere was the perfect complement to the natural beauty surrounding us. "Wonderful place to stay to soak in the views of Tuscany. The pool area with views are gorgeous. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean, property was quiet. There are a lot of dining options a 10 min drive away in the town of San Casciano. You definately need a car here. Absoltuely wonderful stay, the highlight of my trip!"
