This hotel is located in the most beautiful place in Tuscany. My husband and I were very impressed with the tranquility and picturesque beauty we were awed by daily. The staff are very friendly, the food is fabulous and it was just the perfect environment to explore wineries and castles or just lay back having a cocktail and swimming in their pool.

Pool und Außenanlage war okay. Zimmer sehr klein und unangenehmer Geruch. Frühstück war qualitativ nicht gut. San Gimignano von diesem Hotel aus nicht zu sehen. Wir würden dort nicht nochmal buchen, und können auch die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal hier gewesen und haben uns gleich wieder so herzlich willkommen gefühlt, wie beim ersten Mal. Schön, dass die meisten Gesichter, die wir vor 3 Jahren schon kennenlernen durften, noch da waren. Man merkt einfach, dass man zu Gast in einem Familienbetrieb ist. Hoffentlich wird sich das nie ändern

Everything was great! The location, the pool and grounds, food and beverage were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. It was a great benefit to be able to do a load of laundry. Our only suggestion would be to add another set of machines, as it gets busy but thankful to have it.

Really nice hotel, rooms are ok, not much space to put your clothes, no draws ect. No complinmentry water have to pay. Lovely views, and the pool was lovely. The shuttle bus runs from the hotel latest time back from San gingimano was 16.40, other wise you'll have to drive! So no drinking. Very remote an unber would cost you 77 euros one way to san gingimano! Its only 10mins away! Good service amd bed was comfy. Restaurant was ok not the best could be better. Breakfast was nice, but no fresh fruit to take away with you like bananas ect

We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this hotel. From the moment we drove through the tree-lined driveway to the moment we pulled away; we were attended to by the most exceptional customer service. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay. Additionally, and since we had a very late arrival, special care was taken and every effort was made to to make our visit most memorable. We were welcomed to beautiful rooms with a bottle of wine waiting and all the amenities. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and always wanting to help in any way. The location was also superb and close to the popular San Gimignano old town. We highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again. Thank you!

We had the loveliest stay in Hotel Casolare! From the minute we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming and couldn't be more helpful! We stayed in the Cipresso apartment and it was perfect for the 4 of us staying with a well equipped kitchenette and a lovely patio area to sit out on! All very clean and fresh. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant on our first night and breakfasts were lovely with plenty of selection and so fresh! Our favourite part was the bruschetta bar with lots of selection of toppings, all gorgeous! The pool area was clean and peaceful and we were able to get drinks from the bar to have there during the day. This was our second time staying here after a stay in 1998 when the hotel was just opened and it had been somewhere we always wanted to come back to! We will definitely be back again xx

Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!

A wonderful location. Room was good, it was furnished quite basically and the concrete floor was cold. Bed was hard and very comfortable. The restaurant was outside/under shade sails, which was lovely (except when it rained during dinner. They do have an indoor restaurant area too). We didn't use the pool, but it was popular with others. They offer a courtesy minibus down to San Gimignano a few times a day, which was really helpful. The two car parks were spacious. The breakfast had a nice selection of European foods. We had dinner in their restaurant, which was tasty. The chicken pate was excellent!
