Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

Simplesmente um bom hotel mas precisa de reforma

Hospedagem apenas por uma noite então buscamos um hotel bem localizado e espaçoso porém pedimos um piso frio (como vimos em anúncio ) e a atendente comentou que em todo hotel só tem 2 unidades que não são com carpete e eu mas principalmente minha esposa é muito alérgica . Até surpreende um hotel “pet friendly “ como vimos saírem alguns pequenos cães , com piso de carpete . Isso nos deu muita alergia a noite toda. Quanto ao café da manhã e serviços de recepção e manobra do estacionamento foram excelentes . Hotel antigo que merece modernizar e reformar mas bom hotel

Chegamos no hotel e estava muito fedido o quarto pois o carpete parece que estava molhado e com um cheiro horivel, o quarto não tem janelas duplas para diminuir o barulho da rua e com isso a madrugada o barulho de carros e motos é muito alto Não recomendo
