"What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of. The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers. Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. "Nice property centrally located. Good dining options. Spa was disappointing. We took complimentary 30mins spa service and one more treatment which was wrong call. They have spa at the hotel but I do not recommend, never have I felt so worse after spa day. Staff are nice but not well trained for spa services. Overall we had pleasant stay, besides spa. Bonus point they have free flowing tea and hot water. "
