This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent. The daily breakast buffet was awesome with fresh fruit, juices, omelettes, etc. Alejandro and his team in reception helped us get transportation for our group of 10 to travel around the city of La Paz and also to get out to Lake Titicaca. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located at the lowest point of La Paz, the southern district (zona sur), by staying at this hotel your choices of getting altitude sickness is less. Also, this area of town has a nice weather, usually over 5 to 10 degrees (celcius) more than La Paz down town. The southern distrcit is also home of very popular restaurants, inernationally recognized such as " Gustu" and also the hotel is close located to one of La Paz biggest attractions the cableway, The green station. I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. Keep up the good work Hotel Casa Real

The property is in good shape. Only a few recommendations: the rooms are huge they have space to make so much more in then and modernize the furniture. The bar at the restaurant needs more variety of drinks in the cart there is only local beer and wine.
