"My kids love the set up way too much. They cried out loud when we check out... All amenities and facilities are well equipped. Though the hotel is located above a seafood restaurant, which leaves the smell around the apartment quite strong, it becomes a pro while we can actually enjoy the seafood served by the restaurant downstair easily and conveniently in our room. "Hotel has a fairly modern design and was situated just outside the main areas. Was situated uphill so took estimated 10-15 mins to the subway station. Room design was nice and simple and the toilet and shower area was separated which is really nice. Basic amenities are provided and there are daily housekeeping. For the price, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Minus points are the uphill location and the cleanliness can be improved. Please add hooks to the bathroom. "

"We were lucky to have booked this hotel/spa. Didn't realize that the location was so central to the Night Market, BIFF Night Market, and Jalgachi Seafood Market. Staff was amazing and made sure we were ok everything we were leaving and coming back to the hotel. We were here during the insane heatwave that recently happened in Korea and their AC was top tier and kept us cool. Our Family Deluxe Balcony Room was roomy (which isn't always available in boutique hotels and spas). Would stay here again if visiting Busan."

"I was in SK during the massive heat wave. Wasn't able to get out much and do all the tourist things I wanted as the heat was overwhelming, but the air conditioning in the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was good at the buffet. 15,000 Won and it was tasty and lots of variety. Loved their eggs and caprese salad."

"The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to several outdoor markets in the heart of Seo-gu, Busan. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only downside is that the hotel is surrounded by refrigerated fish warehouses and is a bit removed from the main tourist hotel district. There are also very few restaurants within walking distance. That said, I always felt safe, even when walking around at night. Right across from the hotel are outdoor sports facilities, including tennis courts and exercise areas. It was nice to watch people jogging, working out, and playing tennis from my hotel room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service."

"The location is excellent, right by the subway and walking distance to many interesting sites to visit for both day and night. The staff were friendly always ready to help and we appreciated the hot options they included in the breakfast (we could fry egg, ham slices, make instant ramyeon etc) Toast and cereal with milk was also available. They had barley tea, an espresso machine for coffee and offered orange or grape juice. The washing machine and dryer were helpful but consider planning your timing to add and remove your clothes (wash cycle was around 1 hr 20 minutes, dryer cycle around 2 hours). The room was good (although a snug fit) and the towels and bedsheets they provided were clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this place as an awesome deal for budget accommodation. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks K Guesthouse for making our trip a positive experience!"

"Loved our stay in this place and would highly recommend it. Staff are accomodating and helpful. Communication was great and prompt in responding to all my enquiries. Clean room and it has everything that we needed. The location and place itself is perfect for me. There are lots of restaurants in the area and is adjacent to Songdo cable car. Uber Taxi was our main mode of transport and find it easy and most convenient. I prefer to come to a place where I could unwind after a busy and hectic day. The ocean view from our hotel room gave us just that-relaxed and comfortable peaceful 7nights stay."
