First of all, price was valuable. Second, the room was decent,clean and facing the cable car ocean view. It’s really relaxing. Although no one serves you, the luggage arrangement and e checkin and out was quite easy and convenient.

We had a great unobstructed oceanview, fantastic. Not all rooms face the sea. Bidet in the toilet was not working, flush was good. Toto brand toilet is better than this Quming brand

Amazing value for an ocean view room just across the street from the beach. The hotel has no front desk on site and cleaning is an extra fee. It might not be the best option for people who are staying longer or have difficulty using smartphones. When I booked through Expedia, I needed to contact the hotel via their mobile front desk (chat) to get the passcode email for check-in. Besides that initial hiccup and slow Wi-Fi, I enjoyed my stay here.

There is no reception at the property. We had a bit of a problem with our booking, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly through email. The customer service responded right away even they were not on site. Laundry service was also good. The dryer was powerful. We had our clothes dried up very well compared to a lot of other places we've stayed. The only issue was the mechanical parking. Two machines doing one car each at a time, there is line up at the morning when everyone tries to head out.

The ventilation in the room was really poor. You could smell the bathroom sewage if you didn’t have air conditioning running. the temperature system in the room was either hot or cold, no in between. Note that there is no staff for check in as it is all self service. No one comes and cleans the room for ur entire stay. However, the location was unbeatable as it was right on the shore with one of the best cafes i’ve ever been to on the first floor!

Great location for the beach and other fun activities, plenty of food options around. Some of the best restaurants we visited in South Korea. Taxi stand near by. It was my first time using a virtual front desk, no problem at all with using the system. Door lock key code great for multiple people staying in a room.

I found it a bit tricky to check in. Everything self service and no staff available for questions. We stayed for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come to clean or restock. We ran out of coffee and toilet paper. The shampoo and body wash bottles hardly had anything in them. Good thing I happened to have a soap bar in my emergency pack.
