This particular room wasn't as clean upon arrival as my past two experiences and there were issues with the lights (not turning on, not turning off, not getting brighter). "This was an amazing property. Absolutely stunning. Modern décor. Loved all the amenities offered. Free breakfast was included from the coffee shop. The rooms were "smart", electronic powered window shades, lighted mirror in restroom. Loved the glass door refrigerator. Clothes steamer was very handy. We actually ordered one for home now. Room was setup very thoughtfully."

They helped arrange with the airport to have us dropped off at Departures and our hotel shuttle driver helped us get our luggage into the station where we were able to get staff to provide wheelchair assistance to our gate.
