The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. If you’re traveling solo and craving amazing Thai food, this is a must-visit. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the food is outstanding.
