Front counter person who checked me in could have been more friendly, felt she was somewhat standoffish because I asked for a room facing the pool which she said she was unable to accommodate which was okay. It was a request not a requirement. Overall good experience, already booked for June."

"The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is the lack of staff. The front desk agent was absent each time I went to the desk. She was cooking and serving patrons of the snack lounge. There should be someone at the desk to serve customers. One employee per shift is not enough. "

"I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room"
