This hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The dog walking area was close and not inconvenient. We were only about twenty minutes from the beach and that was very convenient. Lots of dining options close by. Breakfast was amazing, many choices and everything was well stocked. We loved this hotel and were so grateful for the experience there!

The staff was amazing. There was a stain on our comforter and I reported it to the front desk. It looked as if maybe it hadn’t been changed out from the previous guest. The manager came right away and changed out both comforters/sheets and was very apologetic. That was our only mishap. There was construction going on, but we didn’t hear it. Breakfast was also very good. I would stay again.

The pool was full of debris. I could not swim in it for all the tree debris. Food was pretty good. Bed was fine. Bathroom needed better upkeep. Everyone was pleasant. Love the zero entrance pool but like I said too much tree stuff. The drain seemed clogged with all the debris being pulled to it. It was “ a lot”. It just a little bit.

The only thing was I thought the rooms were bigger -- user error, so no complaints. Property staff were nice and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was great. I thought I read that laundry was complimentary, but that could be another user error.
