It is outside the city walls, a bit overlit at night. Noise level pretty minimal. Nothing broke but if it had I'm not sure who to call. Parking at thd hotel is handy; driving (let alone parking) inside the city walls is tough; it,'s really a giant pedestrian mall with a couple of channels for supply trucks, emergency vehicles.(As it should be!)
