"Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand vor Ort. DieTelefonnummern waren nicht besetzt und es hat keinen Rückruf gegeben. Nur zufällig haben wir im gegenüberliegenden Hotel eine Ansprechpartnerin gefunden. Am Morgen der Abreise war wieder niemand zu erreichen, auch im Hotel nicht. Wir hinterließen die Schlüssel im Briefkasten, dort wurden sie dann auch nur auf Nachfrage gefunden. Das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsduschen waren sauber, aber es fehlten zuverlässige Informationen zum Ein- und Auscheck. Das...

"Aardig hotel met vriendelijke mensen. Helaas was het hotel gesloten wegens vakantie. Dit waren ze vergeten door te geven. Doch de eigenaar heeft goed geholpen. Ook het restaurant was gesloten zodat ik naar het stadje moest fietsen voor de maaltijd."

"What a beautiful hotel! Our room was absolutely picturesque, and the hotel grounds were breathtaking. A really interesting combination of old German charm with a modern flare. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and both meals were great. If I’m ever in the area again I will consider Gut Kump a must stay location. "

"Hotel is good. Food is good. Staff are good. The Pool, Spa and Gym are great. Hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the decor is old - it feels like an 80s Time Warp! Well looked after, but old. Note to Dorint Management - you seriously need to invest in modern decor and furnishings! I didn't sleep too great - bed is hard and duvet and pillows not my preference. That being said, I wasn't unhappy and I would stay again."
