"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."

"Everything was as expected but one thing. Two mornings in a row there was not enough hot water for us to shower. While it’s understandable that many people will be showering at the same time in the morning, it’s unacceptable to have to take a cold or even lukewarm shower. Facilities should be updated to meet the demand on the worst of days. Hope this feedback is helpful for future travelers, but this will impact my booking choice next time in the Rochester/Webster area."

"No fridge & microwave in the room. Other than that everything was perfect including the staff they were really helpful."

"We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Whatever problem we thought we had was solved with a video. Found some good restaurants to eat at in the area. Would have liked more coat/ towel hooks and a sink in the bathroom. This is not a deal breaker. Just would have made things easier. Next time we will have the hot tub heated prior to our arrival."
