"Very disappointing experience When we arrived, we found out it’s a shared room — which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The place is mixed with men and women, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and it’s extremely hot (especially in Dubai). The owner and management were unhelpful and didn’t try to fix anything. Definitely not worth it — I don’t recommend this place at all."

"Communication with the host was terrible, they are very provocative, complicated, unhelpful, except the guy who came to take the deposit. The mattress was over used and so hard, when I told them they told me «  comfort is a subjective thing!!!! » I stayed there last year and I wrote the same feedback about the mattress and the pillows and since then they didn’t change it, I read a review from another guest about the same issue.
