"Gamirasu Cave Hotel is tucked away in a peaceful, tranquil setting, and offers a quiet retreat after a day of exploring.
We were unexpectedly upgraded to a King Suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and unlike any hotel room we’ve stayed in, combining authentic cave character with real comfort and privacy including private sauna and jacuzzi.
Breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and clearly homemade with care.
What truly distinguished the experience was the hospitality. Management and staff were exceptional, warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay, and provided with support and transportation required for planned activities.
The only considerations for future guests are practical rather than experiential: the hotel’s peaceful seclusion means it is somewhat removed from many of the main tourist sites which requires ample planning for transportation timing; and, as with many authentic cave properties, there are quite a few stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns.
That said, if you’re looking for an authentic, serene and genuine Cappadocia experience with distinctive accommodations and truly outstanding service and team, Gamirasu is an easy recommendation."
"The place, designed and built by an art-minded architect who based his concept in Dante’s Divine Comedy, is absolutely outstanding. The Hell section underground, built inside a cave, hosts a stunning pool, the spa and the hammam (Turkish bath). The Purgatory section (ground floor) is where most of the guest rooms are. Ours, Archangel, was gorgeous and featured a bathtub made of a single slab of marble! The Heaven section is where the bar and the restaurant are. Both are excellent and beautiful. Dinner was great, but breakfast was out of this world. The many delicacies they put on our table, even before we ordered, was memorable.
I cannot stress enough the attention to detail in this place, which goes beyond the architecture and decoration to the staff itself. These guys arranged transportation, hot air ballon rides and area tours, and bent over backwards to make us happy.
Sacred House is probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and certainly one of the most memorable."
"Nestled in a tranquil village, this unique cave hotel offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The friendly and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The delicious breakfast is a highlight, and the hotel’s rich history adds to its allure.
The owner, a genuinely caring person, goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

"Hotel location is not good in sense of view but it is very practical as starting point for visiting Capadoccia. Parking is available, size good. Reception is efficient & flexible, superior room (2042) was good in terms of size, cleanless, but amenitiess are ruther basic. Towels, bedding are excellent. Breakfast was great untill 16th of Nov. when majority of guests left which affected breakfast veriety and spa funcionality. I eould specially point out chef during breakfast which gladly prepared excellent eggs for us the way we expected up to last day. Weak point is room house keeping which 3 days out of 9 forgott to clean our room ( sign for room cleaning is well made and visible but...). SPA personel is horendeus, terrible in every sence, far far bellow hotel standard ( up to point that 2 "girls" just being "pritty" explained that you can get 1 towel/per person/per day because they don't have towels and that is thrir policy, laughing at our face). First time in my 40+ year of travelling I was insulted this way, such arogance and attitude. Also last 3 days they swiched of finish sauna, stopped heating pool and pool was "rented" yo school kids lessonss so it was not possible to use it. Bit dissapointing."
