"Great stay in June and July with Greenwood Hotel. The booking process was easy through Hotels.com, but impossible if trying to book direct. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us book a car rental when our initial reservation was cancelled by the company. The only downside is that we didn’t have great wifi from our room, so we had to get creative when it came to finding access in town, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the awesome front desk staff service. "

"Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. "It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room....
