"We arrived and checked in and went to dinner. When we returned the room smelled horribly of marijuana. The front desk did move us and if it was the only issue it would have been fine but i didnt come to move rooms. The ice maker on oyr floor never worked and I reported it Tuesday and we left Friday and wasnt fixed. Many of the planned events we cancelled but the message wasnt relayed but did receive texts about other events. When i tried to check out online it would not allow it(error) and I had to call twice before anyone answered at 5am on 5/29. I already have airfare to come back 6/29 to 7/4 but Im not sure I will book here. My wife was at Rumfish in April and loved it. I would have to have some assurance it will be better. Also forgot the AC went out in room Wed and they came right away and fixed it so kuddos to maintenance but one again another issue with the trip. I would need a pretty good price before I will take a chance the end of June"

"Love the wall of cereal at breakfast. It’s got the vibe of sobe group hotels. Inexpensive generally. I’ve paid $80 and $120 for the same room. The parking fee is annoying. It is on top of the airport so you can. Roll out of bed and be at the gate in 45 minutes."

"The room itself was clean, but unfortunately we did not receive any housekeeping service during the three days of our stay. What was most disappointing, however, was the experience we had at check-in. Upon arrival, I was confused about where to park and how to begin the check-in process. There was another guest ahead of me, and I waited patiently while the front desk associate assisted her. He was extremely friendly, even walking out to her car to help gather information. Meanwhile, I stood waiting for guidance. When he eventually came outside and noticed my vehicle, instead of offering assistance, he abruptly and rudely asked why I had parked there. I explained that I was waiting specifically because I did not know where I should park and was hoping he could help. Rather than providing direction, he simply told me to move my car. His tone was dismissive and unwelcoming. What made the interaction particularly upsetting was the stark contrast between how he treated the guest before me and how he treated me. The difference was impossible not to notice. I do not like making assumptions about discrimination, and I have rarely felt compelled to question how I was being treated. However, this experience left me wondering whether my appearance or background influenced the interaction. Most importantly, I was traveling with my 78-year-old mother, and instead of feeling welcomed as guests, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Had we had another option at"
