"A very elegant and well maintained old hotel. Beach view was excellent, and it was great to have dedicated beach chairs and an umbrella available for our use. Still recovering from the hurricane, and their signature restaurant is still not open. Valet parking and the local shuttle service were both very helpful. Only minor complaint is that the bathroom is very small - needed to move the shower door to use the toilet."
"Pools were nice but the cabanas by the small pool were nicer than the onces by the large pool for some odd reason. Bar drinks and food by the large pool were both good and reasonably priced. My room was right above the bar and one night someone forgot to turn off the music lol Other than that one night there was no other issues. "
"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel had only one working elevator during our stay so there were long waits. One evening there were no operating elevators for over an hour. My husband had a recent knee replacement and had to climb 5 floors to our room. Totally unacceptable!"
