My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield was overall disappointing. While the location was convenient and the staff was polite, the experience was negatively impacted by cleanliness concerns. Unfortunately, there was a roach in my room, which made the stay uncomfortable and did not meet the standards I expect from this brand. I hope this issue is addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
