"from the description, just copy-pasted ""24-hour front desk"" CLEARLY WRONG. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE WITH YOU TO ACCESS THE RECEPTION. ""Multilingual staff"" CLEARLY WRONG. NO SPEAK ENGLISE. Also it did absolutely not say "shared bathroom", which is the case. See, I travel the world without working phone, so it was really impossible for me to access any room. "Upon arrival, service was courteous and friendly. My bed didn't have a pillow, and the girl at the reception said I should find it myself from the other guests! I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one. The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below. For the 5 rooms on my floor, there were 3 bathrooms only, and one was out of service (6-10 people per room). No sockets visible near the bed, nor in the room at all. In...

"It was a very sterile basic room. Very clean There were absolutely no spices, oil, tea or coffee provided in the kitchenette. The location was excellent. Easy to communicate with the host. Staff were friendly. The front desk is manned for part of the day only. There is no one at night."
