"Complimentary Wifi only works at the lobby? Expedia need to be more specific on the booking site, when I did my booking wifi was included in my room rate - but do I have to go to lobby everytime I need to retrieve emails?? Disappointing, misinformed.
Hotel website says b'fast include FRESH Orange juice and premium coffee? It does not, juice is from concentrate, coffee wasn't great either. Wait staff at the Brasserrie didn't seem to like their job..nobody cared to set up a b'fast table for us...
