"This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive. "

"This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! Our host Joan Anne was exceptionally kind, very helpful, quick with suggestions, and a fantastic cook. Our bed was comfy, bedding luxurious, all amenities were lovely."

"It’s easy to self check in. Sam left goodies in the room for a nice continental breakfast. We had a fridge in the room so it was easy to pick up some yogurt etc for an easy breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Slightly outside Portree so you need a car but parking is included and you would need a car in this area anyway. Highly recommend!"

Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!"

Great conversation with the owner and others at breakfast (which had a huge variety of options) about what else to see in Scotland. On site parking. Definitely would stay again. "

"I had a view of the sea, which was lovely. The area is really quiet, with some sheep grazing peacefully across the road. Perfect for a country getaway. The breakfast was great, and the hosts were friendly. Would recommend."

The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. Tracy was warm and engaging and made us feel very welcome. Overall fantastic experience! Note that we booked through Expedia and some of the details/price were incorrectly listed. "Everything about this property was amazing. The staff was super friendly and made check in a breeze. The cabin itself was very spacious and comfy. It had everything we would need to make a basic breakfast and a minifridge for supplies for hiking. They also had an amazing restaurant attached to the property with a bar which made for an excellent way to end the night. Will definitely have to come back for another stay. "
