"I will never make the mistake of staying at this hotel again. Despite the "excellent" ratings you might see, my experience was horrible from start to finish. Upon arrival, our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When I asked to be moved, I was actually told by the staff that all the rooms in the hall smelled like smoke. My son has chronic asthma and coughed through our entire stay because of this. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even have basic supplies. I asked for towels for two people and was only given enough for one, with the excuse that the hotel "didn't have enough towels." The bathroom setup is also bizarre—there are walk-in showers with no curtains instead of a regular tub and shower. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place was a massive disappointment."

"Hotel was fine but got no sleep due to loud guests. Staff tried to help but had to drive 12 hours the next day on 2 hours of sleep. "

"Pool was not open for my visit but main thing was when I turned the tv on and a roach crawled out the back I freaked out!!!! I usually love staying here literally don’t go no where else when in town but I see someone left something behind so I won’t be returning. I don’t DO BUGS!!!! && also the electricity was off in the whole hotel one morning so I couldn’t see to go to the bathroom stubbed my toe smh just was not a good stay this time! Please do better ."

"The exterior interior of this hotel was very clean always smell good. The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious. Always had fresh hot coffee available. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay there again."

"When we arrived there was a bowl at the door for a brownish liquid leak coming from the ceiling. One elevator was broken, the pool was closed as well as the gym area. I chose this hotel due to the amenities. Probably won’t book here again."
