"The light in the bathroom was messed up. When you turned on the switch the light would flicker but not stay on. I had to keep messing with it in order for it to stay on. The toilet made a squealing noise when flushing and the water had a weird smell."

Front desk staff aggressive and not polite when askling for help.. breakfast was horrible and dirty I'm in a wheelchair and was waiting in line for food and the hot food pans were empty and it took over an half hour to be refilled by the time I got back in the new formed line of people it was scrap's of food left... I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I wasn't able to get breakfast and he said what did I want him to do..I asked to speak to the manager he told me he's out of town for the week.... So disappointed in this hotel....and the way a senior citizen was treated.."

"The pool was drained had a bad smell, they need to upgrade the rooms without carpet specially if they allow pets."

"We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed on their computer information to Hilton. A catch-22 that no one wants to accept responsibility! Phone Receiver broken in the room. Carpet had a sticky kind of feel. I was upset by the whole situation and passing of the buck. I don't think I'll use Expedia OR stay at a Hilton Hotel again!!"

"The room was clean, however the bed is not very comfortable. It would be nice if they would spring for pillow top mattresses. The only real issue I have is when they start the cleaning early in the morning, the washing machine they use sends of a high pitched noise every 15 seconds. It’s located on the 1st floor but I could hear it in my room. It made it impossible to sleep. I spoke to a staff member who said that management is aware, but haven’t done anything about. Avoid rooms 209-213 if like to sleep past 7am."
