"Great location! Free breakfast is actually not bad. Only had it once during my 3 day stay, but it helps to start your day. Room is small, which is normal for Japanese hotels. Beds are hard and stiff, so if it’s a dealbreaker for you, I recommend looking somewhere else. Lobby is always busy, as they bring tourists from China everyday by bus "

"Clean rooms and close to the main gates of universal studios "

"The hotel is right near USJ theme park which my daughter was keen to go to. It was excellent value and provided a condo-style spacious room ideal for families with all the amenities. The check-in system was a breeze and almost everything is automated. The restaurant and Hot Spring are in the next building along (literally 30 seconds out the door) and they were both excellent. The Onsen in particular was outstanding and amazing to use - all in English and automated again. It was my first time using an Onsen and I will always remember it. The staff are watchful and appear only when needed, with nice small touches and gifts. This place was truly excellent and will be top of my list to stay again in Osaka in the future. "

"Location: It is very convenient. Near the train station, supermarket, shopping center and close to tourist attractions. Room: The room is clean and modern. It has a view of the City. Only compliant is that there is no safe in the room. Will stay again when go to Osaka."

"Room size was standard for Japan, though I expected it to be bigger given the location. No bottled water provided, but there was a water pitcher and a refill station. Check-in and luggage storage were fully automated and very easy to use."
