"Great location into town, apart from steep hill but it gets easier every day! Rooms are big and spacious. Bed is comfy. Shower and bathroom a good space. Foyer area great. They also have a dry room to store snow gear which was handy "

Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
