"A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in. "

"Priced well. Excellent position near baths. Book a room with view or you may be stuck in basement. Soundproofing is good but the bathroom doors slam shut behind you, so often hear/feel a hard “thunk” from neighboring rooms. It is a hotel aimed at young, trendy crowd and has a dimly lit romantic vibe. I think it would be a strange place for someone not seeking this. Lastly, the two staff members who greeted me were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and generally felt like it was a holiday. But...
