SpringHill Suites Savannah Downtown / Historic District
8/10 Good
"Breakfast was good, loved the do-it-yourself waffles! Service at the restaurant one night was terrible. Place was busy but seats available, and the hostess was less than accommodating. The grill cheese concept was good but execution very poor. Basic diner food. The next night the bartender was very nice, so that saved the reputation a bit. Their burbon selection was great, and the old fashions were delicious. Overall, decent stay, great location, price was reasonable for what we got."
Hotel Bardo Savannah
8/10 Good
"Hotel Bardo is a lovely property, nestled across the street from Forsyth Park and providing a lovely lounging pool, a restaurant, a bar and a pool bar and a coxy feel amidst a busy, touristy city. The property is well maintained and one rarely has to open a door as the door staff is dutiful and courteous. The food and drink are outstanding and the general appearance and comfort provided by the rooms is top notch. Would be great to have a couple hooks in the bathroom/hallway for coats and towels and wet clothing, but aside from that the accommodations were great. The one thing we recommend to any visitor is to decline room 101, 102, 103 or 104. We were assigned to room 102, which had a large window bay overlooking the park. We really enjoyed gazing over the park, watching the sun set, just the ambiance it created right outside out window. But we did not enjoy nor appreciate that room 101 is used as a staff room, across from the rear door of the managers area and adjacent to the baggage storage room. Every night the doors slammed repeatedly, thereby negatively impacting our sleep. Presumably the staff was aware of our presence but apparently just didn't care. If you're going to pass through those doors after 10 pm with hotel guests possibly resting nearby, close the doors quietly. This was really disappointing from such a high end property, and probably not something at issue for 95% of the rooms... but if they assign you 101-104, definitely decline."

10/10 Excellent
"Third hotel is one of my favorite in Savannah. It really feels like a home away from home. It's in the heat of everything. So, once we parked, we didn't need the cast during our stay. We were able to walk everywhere. I loved there pool and the restaurant. Great amenities. When we first got here our room did smell like smoke but after talking with the front desk, they sent housekeeping immediately to freshen up our room. We never had a problem after that. Thanks We will definitely book this hotel again."

"The hotel was incredible. We would stay there again for sure! The wine and cheese reception with piano was great!"
Staybridge Suites Savannah Historic District by IHG

"One of the elevators kept breaking down, we witnessed two occasions where people were stuck in the elevator, so we were nervous to take either elevator."
The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!"
