Very well located, near the Central Train Station and Galeria Krakowska (less than 10 minutes walk). Clean and comfortable apartment. The washing machine was very useful. The self-check-in was very easy and we were able to store our luggage at reception after check-out. I recommend it.

Staff were efficient in their communication and the facilities were in place to start my holiday very promptly (check in instructions etc key pickup) location was very good with taxi ranks,trams, buses and e scooters very close nearby. Food and groecy shops also being very close as well. Also very easy to get to the Old town from where the hotel is situated

Large and spacious room. Clean appartments. The kitchen has everything you need. It was nice to see 2 small bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee. The bathroom is generally clean, everything works. There is shower gel and soap. Clean towels.

The location is good. Staff are helpful. The property is basic but enough for our purpose. The only issue is the mattress is too soft.

The location was great! Lots of food and ahopping options. Very close to the train and bus stations. The room was modern, but it was not very clean. There was dust on every surface. The walls had little particles of food on them. Like there was a kid touching them after they ate but no one cleaned it for the next guest. The stay was ok. Modern spot close to everything, but not that clean.

Great location, good communication for remote access. Mattresses were thin and hard, so if you like a firmer place to sleep, then this is your location. I would not oppose returning here.

The property was very well kept clean and comfortable. We had just little problem with the excess code as the buttons were not functioning properly. The only problem was the air con was outside the bedroom so we had to leave the door open to make it cool. The reception we could not find but they replied prompt to the queries. So it was good as we stayed short period. I would rate it good.

We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions. Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. Good place.

I booked a Superior—1 bedroom—balcony (Air Conditioning) by chance since this room lacked pictures. But it was all good and according to my expectations. The breakfast bag provided arrived between 8 and 9 a.m., a little late for me since it was a business trip. Otherwise, it was all good. I would stay here again.

Brilliant apartment located in Old Town

A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night.
