"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "Couldn't really fault this hotel, great location and walking distance to all areas we wanted to visit. The staff are exceptional and so helpful and friendly. Sadly at check in we weren't informed that the roof top restaurant/bar wasn't open on a Sunday and as we were only there 2 nights was a shame as we planned to visit on the Sunday evening. The tea and coffee in our room was very limited and we were only left 2 sachets of coffee and small amount of milk but we survived (lol) Another thing we noticed that the TV did not work (not that we needed to watch as Gothenberg has plenty to see and do) The iron in our room was in poor condition and burnt my blouse. The reception staff kindly are hopefully sorting a refund for the newly purchased blouse with the finance department. Helene and Nathalie we have to mention as they were so welcoming and helpful. All said we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It was so clean. Didn't eat at the hotel so cant comment on the food. We were on the 21st floor and the views were excellent."

"I was arriving late and leaving early the next day so I opted for the cheaper internal room with no windows, this made the stay feel I little claustrophobic and I personally wouldn’t book a room with no windows again. Please don’t let this put you off staying here, the hotel is excellent and perfectly placed within the airport. I will definitely stay again if I need to, but in a room with windows next time"

"The good: * Great breakfast buffet * Really fun hotel * Very clean * Very friendly and helpful staff * Easy access to the park * Trams right outside the hotel quickly get you to most places you'd want to visit within minutes The "to be improved": * The check in was confusing. I messaged the property before my stay aboutate checkout and confirmed the timings yet the staff had no recollection of it and said they don't do it. When I asked someone else I got slightly conflicting advice * The dinner buffet in the restaurant was comically bad (I don't know if it was because it was a quiet evening or something but terrible!). Swedish meatballs with no sauce? Nachos with no cheese!??? * Sheets in our bedroom were not changed unless we specifically requested it, and cups were not changed either * They suddenly stopped giving complimentary guest passes to the park, which was news to us when we arrived "

"The hotel was lovely, and once the spa renovations are finished it will be an incredible place to stay. Just now many spa functions did not work. The location is incredible. Service staff were all kind and helpful. Things that i think need improving - tea/coffee making facilities in room - and black out blinds or drapes - the room was far too bright (May) which made it hard to sleep. I liked the concept of the tapas style breakfast but it needs indicated on the menu."
