"We stayed in the Junior Suite (Lake view). The room had no fault, had a modern touch and it was very clean and comfortable. Dual sinks and separate bathroom + shower elevated the quality of the stay. We enjoyed every single staffs’ hospitality, very friendly and professional. The scenery you have in jacuzzi/pool is hard to beat, especially accessing to the thermal pool is effortless. Special thanks to Francesca (and other Front desk staffs) and Gerardo (and other F&B staffs). We really appreciate all your kind help with organising spa treatments, airport transfer and private boat tour - they were also fantastic! I would definitely book them next time again!! "Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront.
