Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff were excellent the room was clean and tidy every day . The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing spa

Very fun hotel in a great location. Sirmeone is super fun little area and this hotel is a quiet getaway in the mdst of a popular tourist area. It feels exclusive.

Excellent service from everybody and especially everybody on the reception desk. Very clean and well maintained property. Great location. Parking underground was great. The spa and thermal pool were excellent - if anything I would say if possible extend the hours that the spa can be used especially during the weekday.

It was an average 4 star property. All was fine. The only thing that I would rate bad was the breakfast. They don’t have many options in comparison to other properties we stayed in Italy. It was probably the worst breakfast

The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is just on the edge of the old town and castle which is ideal with Pugh the hassle for vehicles inside the old town and island of Sirmione and so it’s very walkable too. We loved the closeness to the island bars, shops and restaurants too. Our room felt modern and had a fabulous view over the small beach and the lake.

Great stay

We loved Hotel Ocelle! The staff were lovely and it was a great price compared with other hotels in the area - you get a lot for the money. Food at the hotel also truly outstanding - which was helpful in Sirmione which is a bit lacking on that front.

A lovely boutique hotel with excellent spa. Only downside is the gym which is very small and can only really accommodate 3 people maximum. Extremly friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Very close to the old town which is a short walk.

Relaxing hotel

We had a great relaxing stay at Hotel Ocelle. Never had a problem getting a beach chair views were great. We loved the natural sulfur thermal warm water pool. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bikes were available and we used them a few days. Very easy to walk to old town of Sirmione.

The hotel has an incredible. The Thermal pool and the Spa are for those seek wellness, The surroundings are beautiful with Garda lakes, mountains and greens. The challenge is that this areas are so popular, massive people are on the streets. The staff were impeccable and we enjoyed the services. Will return.

Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel, fab poolside area, spotless, very professional staff. Only downside was the beasic classic bedroom is extremely small and cramped and the sun loungers on the promenade, (as in photos)are €25 per day extra. There are plenty of other sunloungers free at the pool

Best place for couples in the peninsula

The hotel was nice, walking distance from center of the peninsula. Breakfast was great, with many options but a bit pricey. We had massages during out stay accommodated in the last minute which was awesome. The spa is also very useful, but during weekdays has a very short opening time,I guess in the winter time they should have an extend hour considering you can’t spend as much time outside in the pool. All employees are very nice and helpful. A big shout to Marta and Martina !!!!! They are the best !!!! We miss already the place !!!!

Pros: clean rooms, great location, short walk from Sirmione old town, great room with view of the lake (junior suite), very friendly staff, great spa, fantastic location. Cons: lunch and dinner options extremely limited. Would benefit from having a wider menu, especially for vegetarians. Although staff are very friendly and helpful, crossed wires on whether water and teas are included/complimentary (conflicting information from staff at desk) which became very frustrating, especially at check out. Really bad sewer/drainage smell in the pool and around the hotel (especially at breakfast) and in the shower within the room and balcony. Very off putting. Breakfast could be a lot better - not enough choice for milks etc and need to ask for plant based milks (happy to ask but no idea this was an option as no notes anywhere). During the same trip, we had stayed at a 3* hotel in Verona and the breakfast was a lot better - more choice in all areas. Overall a great hotel, especially as the staff are so friendly but for the amount you pay to stay there, I don’t think it’s worth the money given the cons.

Der Aufenthalt war super, auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Allerdings waren am Anreisetag je eine Spinne im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das hat es für mich mit einer Spinnenphobie nicht ganz einfach gemacht. Etwas problematisch war umsere Parkplatz Situation, da wir bis auf den Anreisetag nie auf unserem zugewiesenen Parkplatz stehen konnten, da andere Hotelgäste die Zuweisung ignorierten. Demnach mussten wir das Personal öfter als gewollt darauf aufmerksam machen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel 👍

Our stay was so nice and relaxing! The property is stunning and the various pools and saunas are wonderful to have included. We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of Sirmione was 10 mins. Terrific stay. Sad to leave.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Perfect ealking distance from the old town, lake views, varied and deliciuos options for breakfast and staff who are very friendly and happy to help. I would definitely pay more for the rooms directly overlooking the lake. I'd say 106, 206 and 306 are the best. It's very easy to catch the ferry to everywhere across the lake. Fares start from 3 euros and a glass of very nice local wine, Lugana, is 4 euros which makes for a lovely boat ride.
