"Everything was great. Breakfast and lunch buffet was empty most of the time. BUT, they would get anything you ask for IMMEDIATELY. I was just wondering why they had many,many staff standing around looking around if anyone needed anything but didnt fill buffet unless asked for though they saw it was empty. They could've had them walk the line constantly making sure not missing anything."
"My only complaint is that Orbitz seen as 3rd party on checkin. It takes time for them to find the email. Same for all 3 checkins. They do not recognize that i stayed 3 times with only 2 day laps. They do not have appreciation for repeat customer."
"Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Some days they don’t come to clean your room and the day they do they don’t leave you the right towels. 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Pillows were stinky of other people’s sweat, just felt gross sleeping there. Won’t return and don’t recommend unless the make some big changes."
