"We love this place, all was perfect, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast and supper had many choices. We really liked the location! The only negative review I have was the sofa bed no comfortable. However, we will definitely come back but without a sofa bed option."

"We had a great stay at the Ibis. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was wonderfully clean, and we enjoyed a highly comfortable bed with great pillows that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The shower was also excellent with great water pressure.The only downside was that the air conditioning in the rooms was not working. Luckily, it wasn’t very hot during our stay, so the room temperature remained manageable with the window open. Despite the AC issue, the cleanliness, comfort, and warm service made it a wonderful experience."

"Location was perfect we could walk everywhere and the local bus and train services were close and easy to use. The hotel offered an oasis to return to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which included four days sightseeing in Sintra and one day in Lisbon. We arranged a car to transport us to and from the airport, that the hotel recommended and Nuno could not have been more helpful."

"Room is clean, renovated, and spacious. It has excellent view facing their beautiful garden. The reception staff is very helpful. The only improvement I suggest is to respond expedia messages faster or provide other ways for communication."

"This was an amazing property from the bell staff letting us out of our taxi and taking the luggage to the drinks upon arrival at the start of our check in process to the running trails and historical tour, lovely pools and restaurants to comfortable and luxurious room and the ease of check out. We loved the availability of things for our daughter to do, including playground and parcour course to bounce house and activity schedule. Our only disappointment was that we weren’t staying longer! We’ll be back with our extended family for certain!!"

"The place is quite nice. The two rooms were well sized and clean. There was a small kitchen that came in handy to make breakfast in the morning. The place is conveniently located as we walked everywhere once we parked the car at the parking lot near the train station."
