"Excellent hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely deck providing breeze and scenic beauty the restaurant had lovely views of the sunset and a great place for a nightcap or tea. The orovidwd breakfast was a buffet with great variety including gluten free options. They allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout so that we could finish our touring. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel and staff was outstanding , very helpful and extremely family oriented. The breakfast was good with the hours was very generous. Everything we ask and requested was given with smiles. There was markets, restaurants and the pena palace was not too far from the hotel. The only issue we had was the A/C which was immediately addressed within minutes after talking to the hotel manager. Overall this hotel gets an outstanding approval rating from me and my family and recommend those with or without family stay at this hotel."

"A really nice room in a great location. The one issue was their water pump (mounted on the roof directly above our room) malfunctioned and kept cycling on and off 24 hours a day. I had to turn on the AC fan to create white noise to mask the pump noise. The staff did call for a repair but it was not done before we left the property. No type of compensation was offered for the issue."

"The resort is brand new, everything was immaculate. Its almost like a small village. The parking is slightly remote from the rooms, but one of the staff jumped in a golf buggy and chauffeured us from our motorcycle to our room. Ours was a basic room but had everything you might need. The onsite bars are excellent and again the staff were fantastic. The restaurant is lovely and the food amazing, all at a reasonable price. Fantastic place to stop."
