The rooms were beautiful and very clean. There were drinks and Nespresso pods waiting for us with a fully stocked kitchen so that we could cook as much and as little as we wanted. The downfall was the customer service we received on the first day. There were no signs leading up to the office of our villa and it took over 30 and a trip back to the security gate to find it. That was not explained in previous emails and when we tried reaching out via the app and phone calls, we never received a reply. When we finally found the office to retrieve the keys, there was no apology given for the lack of instructions or communication. Again, the villa itself was amazing, air con in every room, hot water, clean spaces, a personal pool and ocean view. I would say they are stingy on towels and it would be nice to receive new ones every other day, especially when staying for such a long time. It was lovely, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Cape. The place was super clean, very quiet, very secure and luxurious! The apartment was also very comfortable. Check in was seamless and the workers maintained contact with me throughout the entire time. Even when they forgot to send my beach pass, I messaged them and in a few minutes, my passes were emailed. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how to work the microwave, oven and stove. Everything was very high tech but we loved it.
