"We were looking for a family friendly stay near to kothrud and came across Raviraj, this was by far the best one. They gave us a bigger room so that kids can have space while we are in the room. "So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. Beds are comfortable too... i will certainly stay here again if i need to be this side of the city. Very happy and will also explore more of this brand"

"Absolute filth. Unswept floors, Stained toilets, Dirty linen They did not clean the room on one day. They refused to change the room despite my protest. Room service is next to none. Staff had to be reminded to replenish water every day. The receptionist is clueless about anything and everything. Will not visit again. "
